Here, I am again so today we are going to talk about positive and negative experiences. Actually what it is and how can we live a stress free life? If you actually want less drama in your life you should give a chance and read it for once it might be helpful for you. 

 So let's get start it, we all suffers with some dilemmas in our life. But you know when this dilemma takes a vast form when we think about it every time in a negative ways. Now a day’s negative vibes touches the peak, it is so difficult to stay positive in negative situation but life is all about. We have to focus in the positive side. 

 Everything happened or happening with us it's hold something good in it for us but yes it is not possible that in that time we feel likes anything going good but in the end of the day (or when that situation passes away) somewhere we likes that whatever happened with us was actually good and it gives us a different type of satisfaction. Stay calm and positive in every situation yeah i know easy to say difficult to do but we can actually can do it by keeping this in your mind and practice it in tiny problems also. We don't know about what is positive and negative experiences actually is. 

 Yeah some of you will said what weird thing i am asking and say positive experience means which gives us happy and successful moments and negative experiences is which hold hurtful and upsetting moments .Right? Somewhere it is true but not really true. The truth is some of the most difficult and tensed situation and experience brings us where which positive experiences can't because Sometimes by failure we always learn a new things and which help us to do that thing properly, this situations makes our mind stronger and when we are in troubling situation you noticed that our mind trying to get solution in a different-different ways means when we facing this type of experience our mind works a lot in every direction. It's means that this experience also necessary for us to raises boldness (capacity) of mind. But if you guys are not tackle the negative experiences like this and think about past that if we didn't take this step that thing never happen and regretting about past which we can do nothing about because if you are doing this then you will Just keep falling into it and no one can help you as well.

So, what should we do when we are in complicated tensed circumstances? Firstly, take a deep breath stay calm cause if you stay calm then you can fix even the spoiled situation. Everybody deals with problems but how you seeing that situation and how you going to solve them. That's matters and that things bring you towards the peaceful life that everybody wants. Always find the moral of every problem.

Find the solution not the problem this for those who think only negative in every situations. You should find those which you don't have. Problem you already had, so focus on find the solutions.so grew up and change your prospective to see things. And keep one thing in your mind is everything happen with us is to give us a life lesson and gonna help us in future. So stay calm and oppose it and learn from it.

All you got to do is start changing the way you think. It's as simple as--it's not a magic trick. You can protect yourself from negativity, and that's what stops most people. Negative thoughts. You can coat your mind from negativity, it's a real simple exercise to do. I do it every morning before I walk out the door, so I walk out as a positive person. You know, I get tired sometimes. That's different from being negative. But to coat your mind from negativity, the way you can put a coating  around your mind is with simple thing "GRATITUDE". Gratitude erases negativity. 

Whenever you starting feeling negative. Just stop for a second, and start going over in your mind everything you have to be grateful for. Not everything you want, everything you already have. Because what you have is substantial. You just haven't gone over the list and taken inventory in a long time, but the fact that you can walk, that's a blessing. The fact that you woke up,that's another blessing. The fact that you can see, think, reason, that's another blessing. The fact that you can go somewhere and get yourself something to eat, that's another blessing. The fact that you can go and turn a key and call someplace home,that another blessing. The ability to dream is a blessing. The fact that you have an opportunity to get it right, is another blessing. The fact that you're beautiful, that's another blessing. The fact that you have any measure of health, that's another blessing. Start coating your mind with gratitude, it'll change everything for you.

Every time you subtract negative from your life, you make room for more positive.
